Our Community Pantry

If you or someone you know is in need of emergency food assistance, our Community Pantries are here to help.

We work with supermarkets, food rescue organisations, manufacturers, and local businesses to provide a variety of fresh produce, pantry staples, freezer meals, toiletries, and hygiene essentials. Check the information below to see if you’re eligible and how to access support.

Getting started

We understand that asking for help isn’t always easy, so we’ve designed our registration process with care and simplicity in mind. Our goal is to make accessing support as easy and accessible as possible, which is why our requirements are kept to a minimum.

Take a look at our steps to getting registered for more information on how to sign up. Once registered, you’ll be allocated to the pantry closest to your home to make it easier to attend appointments and ensure everyone can access support conveniently.

Registering as a new client

Health Care Card, Immi Card, Student or Bridging Visa, is accepted.
Please also bring a form of photo identification so we can get you registered.

Our Donors

Keeping our Community Pantry shelves stocked is a daily commitment. We work closely with leading food rescue organisations — including OzHarvest, FareShare and SecondBite — who deliver rescued food to us every day. Our own fleet also collects food from local supermarkets, including Costco (Epping) and LaManna Supermarket, ensuring good food doesn’t go to waste.

For more than 15 years, we’ve proudly partnered with Foodbank Victoria and are now one of their largest charity partners, sourcing around 8,000kg of essential groceries each week for families in need.

Behind the scenes, our dedicated volunteers carefully sort fresh produce each day so the people we support can take home nutritious food and create healthy, wholesome meals.
