We provide essential household items to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Life can change quickly — the people we support may be affected by natural disasters, illness, sudden job loss, homelessness, family violence, or other unexpected hardships.

Getting Started
Asking for help isn’t easy, so we’ve made our Material Aid process simple and supportive. Just follow the steps to request aid, and we’ll do our best to get the essential items you need quickly, easily, and with care.
First-Time Agency Requesting Material Aid
For Support Workers & Agencies, if this is your first time applying for a client, please complete our Agency Registration Form along with your referral. This gives us a better idea about your agency and only needs to be sent in as a one-time form.
Material Aid Request Form
1. Fill out our Material Aid Request Form
This must be filled out by a support worker, case manager or agency that is assisting you.
2. Return forms to the Airport West Office
We accept referrals from agencies across Victoria who are working with people in crisis or extreme hardship. Return completed forms via email or in-person.
